Al-Futtaim Motors inaugurates its very first Toyota Material Handling 3S facility in the UAE

Al-Futtaim Motors, leader in sustainable mobility and exclusive distributor of Toyota Material Handling in the UAE, opened the doors to its very first standalone 3S Toyota Material Handling facility in Umm Ramool, Dubai (sales, service and spare parts).

The fully integrated ASEC certified 3S facility offers customers a much more convenient and efficient journey than ever before, with a dedicated service area that includes 18 simultaneous working bays.

Additionally, an automated vehicle in the form of a mobile robot that follows magnetic strip for navigation, is utilized in the facility, in order to create fast synergy and increase uptime between the parts counter and service technicians, ensuring faster services and heightened efficiency and productivity.

Ramez Hamdan, General Manager of Toyota Material Handling at Al-Futtaim Motors, said: “The opening of our first standalone Toyota Material Handling facility in Dubai marks a huge milestone for us. We pride ourselves on delivering not just reliable equipment of excellent quality, as well as premium after sales services, but also one-stop solution services where customers could get full warehousing, logistics and transportation consultancy, all in one place”.

The new Toyota Material Handling 3S facility is located in Umm Ramool next to the Lexus body shop and will open five days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Al Futtaim Motors participates in Materials Handling and Seafex 2015

Material Handling Middle East is one of the most important exhibitions of its type in the UAE and in the region. SEAFEX Middle East is the Middle East & Africa’s largest and most professionally run trade fair covering the entire seafood industry. Held across 14 halls in the Dubai World Trade Centre between 27th and 29th October, SEAFEX attracts exhibitors and customers from around the globe and showcases food, food products, processing and packaging. At the exhibition, Hino’s light duty segment was displayed with attractive special offers that included special finance and aftersales support. The extensive reach was remarkable and the response has been positive.

Al-Futtaim Motors’ Toyota Material Handling Equipment division receives TMHI President Award 2014

Al-Futtaim Motors received the President Award from Toyota Material Handling International for the exceptional sales and aftersales performance the company recorded in 2014. The award was presented by Kazue Sasaki, President of Toyota Material Handling Group to Vladimir Knezevic, Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Motors - Commercial Vehicles during the 2015 Toyota Material Handling Group World Convention held on April 9th at Nagoya Congress Center in Japan.

Every year, Toyota and BT/Raymond selects its top dealers from its global network, recognising them for demonstrating excellence in market share, equipment sales, parts, service and customer support and trust programme.
